108 MATCHA SARO — MATCHA SHOP FROM HOKKAIDO

108 Matcha Saro is originally from Asahikawa in Hokkaido. TBH, never heard of this stall but everyone wants to come to SG. lolol The stall is just a take-away kiosk and but there are table and seats available nearby the area.

Ordered the matcha warabi mochi parfait and hojicha softserve parfait deluxe to share. The hojicha one came with soybean warabi mochi, white mochi ball, matcha jelly and red bean. The matcha one with only matcha warabi mochi and red bean. TBH, the matcha taste is quite weak but I like the hojicha one as it has the distinct roasty and earthy taste. Anyways the warabi mochi topping was pretty good! It was soft on the inside but has that chewy texture.
