REVIEW: ALTER EGO AT ESPLANADE

Alter Ego is the indulgent side of A Poke theory. True to its name, Alter Ego sports a darker and more emotive interior. The cafe was dark with red neon light showing their name and also murals reflecting the mood.

A plethora of sinful, indulgent and semi-healthy food~

Pizza Fries 🍕🍟 — Golden brown Fries with drenched in three cheese sauce & savoury house-made bacon ketchup and smokey pepperoni on top. I loved this the most! So addictive. Makes me want more and more.

Dynamite Kickin’ — Spicy Garlic Sesame salmon poke bowl, crispy salmon skin, smoked almond and tobiko.

Braised Short rib grilled cheese — Grilled cheese stuffed with juicy, braised beef short ribs.

The original poke shaker — shoyu salmon poke bowl, lime avocada, spiced roasted cashews and tobiko.
