🐟 Charcoal Grill & Salad Bar Keisuke 🐟

✨ Congratulations on the opening of the 19th store with a brand new soul food concept! ✨

As the name of the shop suggests, They are offering food items that are cooked in the Sumiyaki (charcoal-grill) method of cooking which is similar to BBQ. The menu at this outlet is focused on traditional fish dishes enjoyed by the Japanese such as Mackerel, Salmon, Yellow Tail, and Black Cod Fish. All of this comes in an authentic style of Japanese Gozen set meal with Miso Soup, Onsen Egg and a serving of traditional Japanese rice served in a small iron pot.

On top of all these, The free flow salad bar is accessible to diners who purchase their set meals.

The free flow salad bar offers a variety of more than 30 kinds of Japanese side dishes and fresh vegetables.

Food that is cooked over charcoal seals in the moisture and flavor, giving consistently tender and succulent results. Bincho-tan or Japanese white charcoal is favored among Japanese traditional chefs because it burns cleaning with high steady heat. Charcoal also produces distance infrared radiation and cooks four times faster than gas, which seals the flavors and aroma of your food in a shorter period of time. There is less chance of overcooking or drying out. Charcoal Grill & Salad Bar uses only bincho-tan imported from Japan.

My fav has to be the Salmon Belly Set which was so good! Although grilled, the salmon belly retains its soft, tender, and creamy texture! yummy! ⠀⠀⠀⠀
