Really excited to try out Michelin starred ⭐️chef kang’s noodle house at TPY! The noodle house is located within Jackson Square. It maybe confusing to find but you can ask around for the coffee shop. There’s only 1 inside i think.. The coffee shop is quite spacious so no problem finding seats. Be prepared to queue but ain’t no queue gonna stop me from eating nice noodles! Go early to avoid queuing! Thin springy eggy noodles with fatty char siew that has a good caramelized finish and plump and substantial wontons!! The only flaw is that the sauce is a bit on the salty side.
