REVIEW: SWITZER ALLIANCE AT TOA PAYOH GOLF COURSE

Switzer Alliance is a tze char place that is located within a golf range. It is also the only golf range in toa payoh. You can watch people play golf while eating. lol They also have a bar at the back. Probably sells alcohol there as well.

Don’t really eat pig trotter but this was so flavorful in the bee hoon. The braised dark sauce and taste of the trotter was fully absorbed into the bee hoon which makes it so yummy! They also have vegetables and mushrooms in it as well. Almost every strand is clad with it. So good!! Would have been better if this was vinegary. Perfect to order to share with 2 or more people. They’re open til late so good to have your supper here too!
