Salmon Samurai (100AM) and YuBa Hut (Hillion Mall)

Salmon Samurai (100AM). I love all things mentaiko! Here are 5 slices of aburi salmon coated generously with slightly charred mentaiko sauce and an onsen egg on a bed of udon noodles. The shop seemed a bit small with a lot of OL and OM flocking in for lunch.

Opening Hours: 11 am — 11 pm daily

YuBa Hut (Hillion Mall). Aburi Salmon Don. Perfectly flamed seared, topped with a copious amount of tobiko and ikura and Japanese rice! Champion Floss Maki. Ummm.. think thick sushi with salmon and cucumber in between and drizzled generously with homemade mayo sauce and topped with chicken floss and ebiko! A bit expensive but so so so yummy! Must order if you’re at Yuba hut! The restaurant is quite big in size and wasn’t crowded during lunch hour.
